Does anyone use the Car Repair Extended Warranty?

Is there anyone out there that has this warranty and is happy with it or is looking into it. Im not sure whether there are certain loopholes behind this or not so Im kinda leary on doing this or not. It looks kind of too good to be true and just want some input from the people that may have it or have heard good things about it. Maybe also if someone has a suggestion please include it, Thanks.
