Losing 3 lbs a week but increasing strength? PLEASE HELP!?
I weigh around 155 and would like to go down to 133. I had a plan on running 4 miles before breakfast which would be 450 calories burned. Going to wrestling practice burn around 300 calories while getting on my stationary bike in the afternoon i can burn another 400-500 calories. In total it would be around 1200 calories burned daily along with the 2100 my body burns from just living. The Grand total burned would be around 3,300 calories. I plan on eating Peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast along with my protein shake which would garner around 500 calories. For lunch i can eat chicken soups or salads, with water. I plan on getting around 800-900 calories with this meal. And for dinner I plan on eating a bowl of cereal which would be around 300 calores. I plan on eating 1700 calories a day while burning 3300 which equates to 1600 Calories burned daily. I would also lift weights 4 or 5 times a week. Does this seem like a good diet plan? any changes i should consider?
