How to extend my smart phone's battery life?

Turn your screen brightness down as much as far as you can turn it down while still being able to see. If you are not using wifi, disconnect it. Make sure your bluetooth is not on. My phone has the option to have a flashing light when you have a new message, email, etc., so if yours does as well, turn that off. Little things like that generally help out with battery life.
