I can't find a conditioner to work for my hair?

I got my hair colored with blonde highlights & I'm pretty sure she used bleach & now I'm having trouble brushing my hair more than I did before. I've been using Garner Frutis (spl?) and it sucks. What do you recommend that isn't going to cost me a arm & a leg?
