Is it a good idea to sell a piano on Ebay?

I'm stuck having to sell the contents of a relative's home, and the money garnered is needed for her care so I can't just "whatever" my way through this. I've had a miserable time interviewing tag sale people, a bunch of kooks like you wouldn't believe, so I'm giving this a go myself, and breaking things up into manageable bites. For starters, the piano -- I'm wondering if it would pay for me to put it on ebay, I won't use Craig's List, no protection, but ebay offers some -- has anyone used ebay to sell big ticket items, please share your thoughts and experiences, thanks!
