Karas day spa labret piercing?

So, for grading (im going into grade 11) I want to get my lip pierced (side labret) and I want to get it done at Kara's Day Spa. But I know some places do it differently (without the clamp.) So for anyone who has gotten their lip pierced at Kara's could you tell me how they do it?
