My nose pericing has a big bump on it but i don't think it's a kiloid?

it was very smart of you to go back to your piercer, and i would say go back to him again. a few times i've literally had a zit come up and push my nose ring up a bit, and eventually they went down. but, like i said, i would recommend going back to your piercer and seeing what he says. in the meantime, don't touch it or take it out- it may grow closed. last week mine did because i left it out for literally 20 minutes, and i have to get it re-pierced next month. good luck!
