My SIL dressed like a hooker at my wedding, is it awful to wear an attention getting dress to her's?

As long as the dress is appropriate to the type of wedding she is having, and you don't look like a cheap streetwalker, I say wear it. I wouldn't call a red beaded dress ok for an afternoon wedding, but if it's an evening affair, I would go for it.
