Week old tongue piercing, to soon to change?

My tongue piercing is just a week old, swelling is gone, but the underside of my tongue is extremely agitated because of the ball. And there is a white bump down there? Can I change it? Should I go back to the piercing studio? Need some advice please. Also I have a white area on my tongue I think it is where he clamped my tongue, is it dead taste buds?
