I had thick hair but since last 2 months i have a lot of hair fall please suggest me some thing?

myself veronica i had long thick hair i use garner long & strong with conditioner but since 2 months back i have started losing hair in great quantity due to which i am tensed plz suggest me some remedy i dont have dantruff in my hair awaiting your reply soon please.
