Will the Monarchy Continue After Elizabeth?

I like Queen Elizabeth II, and I think she's been a very good monarch. However, I'm doubtful that the British monarchy will last long after she passes on. Her children seem to be too unfit in their personal and professional lives to garner the respect that a monarch needs. I'm curious what others think will happen.
